Ingredients
- 2 smoked chicken breasts fillets (about 500g)
- 150g baby green beans
- 1/4 cup of chopped yellow pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbs reduced-fat tzatziki
Preparation
Cut smoked
chicken into medium slices. Heat a large skillet over medium
heat about two minutes. Add smoked chicken slices and cook about 1 to 2 minutes
each side. Meanwhile, boiled another saucepan of water. Add beans into boiled
water and cook for a minute. Drain the water. Mix baby green beans and chopped
yellow pepper with olive oil. Serve sliced smoked chicken breast with green
beans and yellow pepper mixer top with reduced-fat tzatziki.
