Raspberry-glazed rosemary chickenThis healthy chicken recipe will not take too long to prepare and it will  taste great.

 

 

Ingredients


1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary
½ teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of rubbed sage
8 boneless chicken breast halves (Skinless and excess fat removed)
¼ cup of fat-free, low sodium, chicken broth
½ teaspoon of honey mustard
1 cup of raspberry preserves
1 teaspoon of fresh, chopped rosemary leaves


Preparation


Preheat your oven at 350F degrees. Mix well the fresh rosemary, oregano, and sage in a bowl. You may use blender to do so. Rub the herb mixture on one side of the chicken breasts and arrange them in a baking pan with the herb-ed sides facing up. Add the chicken broth over the chicken and bake for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the raspberry preserves in the microwave until they are tender. Mix raspberry well with the rosemary and the honey mustard. Spread the preserve mixture over the chicken breasts and bake for another 10 minutes.
