Ingredients
Thin cut Chicken breast stripes about 1 lb
5-6 cloves of Garlic
1 chopped medium carrot
1 chopped capsicum
1 spring onion chopped
1onion chopped
3 tbsp of garlic-chili sauce
3 tbsp of tomato sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of Worcester sauce
1tsp of crushed red chili
Salt and Black pepper to taste
3tbsp of olive oil

Preparation:
Heat medium skillet over medium heat. Add Olive oil and wait for 1 or 2 minutes, add garlic and stir-fry it, when its color change it to light brown then add all vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken over vegetables; do not mix it on this stage. Add all sauces and spices in it. Now, cook it for 4-5 minutes. Mix it all well. Serve it with garlic or boiled rice.
