Healthy Chicken Gourmet Soup
Healthy Chicken Gourmet Soup with vegetables is a great nutritious meal to your family.










 Ingredients:

6 Cups water
3 tsp of instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp of celery seed
1 tsp of onion salt
1 tbsp of Parsley
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
2-3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 Cups of chopped onions
2 Cups of diced carrots
2 Cups of diced celery
2 Cups of cooked, pureed butternut Squash
1/2 lbs of Egg Noodles
2 Cans of Mushroom Soup
Salt & black Pepper to taste

Preparation:


Prepare all ingredients and Combine all of them except the egg noodles and cream of mushroom soup in a crock-pot. Cook until chicken is soft over low-medium heat. Then, remove chicken breast and chop meat. Add chopped chicken back to the pot and add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. While heating the crock-pot, cook egg noodles. Add noodles to the soup and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Healthy chicken stir fry with rice noodles

 Healthy vegetables and chicken is great choice for  healthy chicken meal. If you prefer more spicy taste, you may add some crush chills.









Ingredients: 

2 oz of Broccoli
2 oz  of Carrots                                
2 oz  of Yellow pepper                    
2 oz  of Onions                                
1 lbs of Chicken  breast                   
Salt and Black pepper to  taste
1 tsps  of Cumin power                                                                                                            
Half pack of Rice Noodles
2 tsps of Olive oil                           
2 tsps of Soy Sauce              




Preparation:                                                                                                                       

 Cut veggies up into bite sized pieces. Steam all veggies but Onions, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from stove to, drain water out, and put to the side. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Saute onions in olive oil in a covered pan on medium heat. Add the chicken into the pan, add cumin power, add salt and black pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat until chicken is fully cooked. Boil a water pot and add rice pasta. Cooked it for about 5 minutes. Drain the water out and rinse the noodles in cold water to prevent sticking. When chicken is cooked add vegetables into chicken and onions, stir, cover and reduce the heat to low. Add the noodles to the chicken-vegetable mix and stir together until fully mixed. Add Soy sauce. Cover and heat on low heat for a few minutes to allow all of the tastes to meld together. Enjoy this delicious and healthy Chicken recipe.

Curried Chicken with Mango Salad
Curried chicken with a mango chutney salad is a fresh-tasting healthy chicken recipe for dinner. Try out this healthy chicken recipe and enjoy spicy and sour taste.













Ingredients:

               
•    4 chicken thighs, about 2lbs
•    1/2 cup of  low-fat plain yogurt
•    2 tsps of mango chutney
•    2 tsps of curry powder
•    1/2 tsps of salt
•    1 medium sized mango, diced
•    1/4 cup of finely diced red onion
•    2 tsps of  finely chopped fresh mint
•    2 tsps of red-wine vinegar
•    2 tsps of  brown sugar


Preparation:


1. Place an oven rack in middle raw of oven and preheat broiler. Coat a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Whisk yogurt, chutney, and curry powder in a medium bowl. Add chicken; turn to coat. Remove the chicken from the sauce and transfer to the prepared broiler pan; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
3. Broil the chicken about 12 to 15 minutes. Turn the chicken over and continue cooking for about 12 to 15 minutes more.
4. Meanwhile, combine mango, onion, mint, vinegar, brown sugar, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Serve the chicken with the mango salad. This is one of a  healthy chicken recipe that give your spicy taste and sour taste of Mango salad.

3 Chicken Breasts

Chicken and Avocado Soup

 Try this healthy Chicken soup for your next family dinner.










Ingredients:

 

1lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
4 tortillas, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
8 cloves garlic thinly sliced
4 fresh green chilies, seeds removed and sliced
4 cups chicken stock
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tomato, seeds removed and diced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 avocado – peeled, stone removed and diced
Half a bunch fresh coriander, chopped 

Preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 200. Arrange tortilla strips on a baking tray and bake until lightly browned or  3 to 5 minutes.  In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onion, garlic, and chilies in olive oil until lightly browned.  Stir in chicken, chicken stock, lime juice, tomato, salt and pepper. Gently, simmer until chicken is cooked, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in avocado and coriander and heat through. Adjust seasonings. Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with tortilla strips to serve.

Asian Style Ginger Chicken
Feel the spiciness of the chicken and crunchiness of fried cashew. This healthy chicken recipe combine them all for you.
 










Ingredients: 

 

About 2 lbs, Chicken breast meat  
3 tbsp of Olive Oil 
1 medium sized Ginger stick, chopped  
1 medium sized onion, chopped 
2 red chili, chopped  
1 tsp of  Lemon grass  
1 cup of Water  
1 tbsp of Lemon juice  
50 grams of fried Cashews 
Spring onion 
125 grams of low fat Yogurt  
2 Green chilies  
1 stick of Curry leaves 
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce  
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
Salt to taste

Preparation:


Sliced chicken breast in to thin slices. Heat Olive oil in a larger skillet over medium heat, add chopped ginger and chicken and cook till the chicken change its color to golden. Next, add chopped onion, chopped green chilies, chopped red chilies, lemon grass and cook for about  2 minutes. Then, add 1 cup of water, salt to taste, lemon juice and cover the skillet and simmer. Cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until  the chicken get tender. Now, add chopped spring onions, Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, beaten low fat yogurt, fried cashews and mix well. Serve with steam rice.

Chili Chicken with Basil

Not only is this recipe nutritious and delicious, it's beautiful, too! Don't forget to add this to your healthy chicken recipe collection.









Ingredients:

4 Sliced Garlic Cloves
1 medium sized Onions,chopped
2 Sliced Chicken breasts, about 2lb
4 fresh red chilies,chopped
1 tsp of Crushed black pepper
1 tsp of Brown Sugar
1 tbsp of Fish sauce
2 tbsp of Soy sauce
3 tbsp of Olive Oil
Fresh Basil 1/4bunch
Salt to taste
Curry leaves a few

Preparation:

First, cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Heat 3 tbsp of Olive oil in a large wok and fry the 4 sliced garlic cloves until golden in color. Add the chicken strips and fry until they become tender. Then, add 1tbsp fish sauce, 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp brown sugar, salt to taste and 1tsp crushed black pepper .Mix well and cooks for 1-2 minutes. Add a few curry leaves along with ¼ bunch chopped fresh basil and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add ¼ cup water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve the delicious chili chicken with basil with a bowel of rice.
